Busier Than Expected

I like this room. It is open (partial wall around two sides with full wall on two sides), computerized list, auto-shufflers, plenty of flat screen TVs, very close to strip and elevators to rooms. Downside is the chairs are only adequate and are not adjustable.

This rating is based on playing both LLNL and LLHE at the Flamingo.

Dealers are competent and several have good personalities. Few mistakes.

Cocktail waitresses come around frequently and the bar where they fill the orders is close to the poker room. If they looked like the cocktail waitresses at PH, MGM, or the Venetian, I'd make this a 5.

The room is well organized and management is constantly encouraging railbirds to play. Other than early in the morning, they seemed to keep 7-8 tables busy.

They do track your play and provide food comps, high hand jackpots, bad beat jack pots, and cracked aces payment. I believe the food comps are only $1/hour. I believe the jackpots are funded by the players through a jackpot drop. Worst of all, the max rake is $5. Many other options are available with a max rake of $4. So beware here or at other Harrah's properties.
