Facilities are nothing particularly fancy, but it is generally a welcoming environment for a low limit game. Fairly relaxed room all round, everyone seemed to be having a good time. Not too smokey or noisy, but close enough to slots and tables that I could catch my friends afterwards.
A group of 3 or 4 younger guys knew each other and were goading each other into live straddles, and generally playing pretty loose-aggressive. An older couple were more passive and generously contributed to the pre-flop pot :-)
Ranged from 3 to 5 based on the dealer. Bill was the best, I think, with the occasional sleight of hand trick for added entertainment (might not have gone down well with a tighter crowd, but worked well with our players)
An older team, but always returned to our table for the next order before I had finished my last drink. Also, they DO now offer Red Bull (which isn't a big deal for me, but was pleasantly surprising to some of the other guys at the table - perhaps because they had read an older review)
Pretty standard (for a Harrah's property) - electronic players list using Players Card. Had to pick up my first rack of chips myself rather than having them brought, but it's a small room anyway, so I didn't have to go far!
Standard Harrah's Total Rewards points based on time of play. A range of high hand jackpots.
