No room, just another roped off area of the casino. Once again if you like the din of the casino....you may like it here. I do like all the noise but I just don't like this room. It doesn't even hold a place in my heart despite the fact that it was the first place I played Hold Em and Seven Card Stud in Vegas.
I haven't played here in while (early 2004) but one game was full of drunks, the other had the tightest players I had ever seen. (Pretty sure none of them are locals as many were youjnger asian tourists)
I cannot recall anyone that stood out or was overly friendly. It's also possible I may have been drinking. Either way, I will go with below average as none added to the experience.
I managed to get a drink as often as I wanted to I will say pretty darn good. They have never screwed up an order but it is tough to mess up a screwdriver. Waitresses here tend to be a bit older so if scantliy clad outifts are for you...perhaps the Orleans...
Once again, nothing seems to stand out. They did encourage new comers to feel welcome and did their best to make things less intimidating.
I am told by them that 4 hours a day will get you the rack rate on their rooms. That rate seems to be around 65-79 during the week and $99 on the weekends. There is a high hand jackpot, and a daily high hand jackpot. I cannot remember if there was a bad beat but I am sure there is. No comp dollars for your players card.
