Pretty dirty, old and cramped.
The players all seemed pretty decent people, some rocks, but quite a few locals looking for a killing. In general nice bunch of people.
Pretty average, few mistakes, chatty and pleasant.
Slow, but maybe not their fault as only see on waitress working the whole room. drinks were slow but normally come with a smile
Again really poor, they just did not seem to want the buisness. You had to have a players card to play in the tourny's but not on a cash game. but there was no signs up to tell you this, you got in the line to pay waited, then they told you to go away and get a players card. Not polite, pretty blunt to any questions, generally rude and unhelpful.
This place needs to send its managment staff on some sort of customer relations course.
