Not a complete room (rail around half, full walls on the other half) but MUCH better than the old roped off area I remember them having. Paper players list but that wasn't a big deal since it wasn't that busy. Automatic shufflers. Plenty of room between tables and the tables have cup holders. A couple or so flat screen TVs but visability varied depending on your table.
Mostly tourists with a few locals mixed in. If you make yourself play tight and aggressive, you will eventually come out ahead. It can, however, be frustrating when your pocket aces lose to a guy playing Jack/5 offsuit when you have been raising from the start!
No major complaints. One dealer had a little trouble judging the winning hand a couple times. One was VERY slow but otherwise ok.
Excellent service. Prompt and correct. Not necessarily attractive.
Friendly and always trying to recruit the railbirds to play.
There was a high hand jackpot but I don't really consider that a comp if you are funding it through a higher rake. Not yet tracking play on your card.
