The Hard Rock was an interesting visit for me. Wasn't sure what to expect when I went over there. But I have to say there were a lot of positives overall with a few small negatives.
The worst part was it was dead. Only two tables running. That's never good. Comp programs were average at best.
But for the good parts - the entire staff top to bottom was outstanding. Room managers were on top of everything, the dealers never made a mistake that I saw and the servers took care of people and were really attractive too so that didn't hurt.
And as much as I don't want to insult anyone, the players were BAD. So you can just sit back, enjoy the view and wait for a hand. No need to get tricky in here. I cashed big and between that and the management/staff I'll be coming more often.
