Small and cramped... both the tables and the room in general. Nicest aspect of poker room is that they offer so many tournaments and they all are no-limit, no-rebuy (my game of preference)-- but you can do a lot better....
I played in a $60 NL Hold'em tournament (no re-buys) on a Saturday night-- there were 40 players... made it to the final table and ended up finishing 3rd. Quality of play was decent....
Dealers were very unfriendly-- tournament players were not treated as respected customers. Dealers were obviously under orders to rush play so tables occupied by tournament could be freed up for cash games.
Was never asked if I would like a drink
Management rushed dealers and expressed frustration when tournament took longer than expected, despite extremely high casino take percentage of tourament. Tournament blinds were arbitrarily doubled by management during final table of tournament, even though time was used to determine blind increases before final table.... Management were also unprofessionally dressed (no Luxor name tags or uniform.... no ties... etc.)
Only played in one tournament so can't speak to comps
