I've played in taverns in Montana where the room smelled better and the tables were cleaner. Not enough room between tables to slip in a sheet of paper.
Some locals, most of whom come right to the edge of collusion, and some visitors. Nothing special either way.
I had cards thrown at me, and the dealer wouldn't correct the player.
I drink water, coffee, or club soda. I tip, but due to a number of factors (hey, I'm middleaged, fat, and know it) the servers seem to think I can be ignored.
Again, cards thrown at me and no corrective action by dealer, floorman, or manager. In a home game, I'd settle it myself, but my days of starting a fight in a casino are well behind me.
Who gives a rip? I've always logged in and out with my card, but never received an offer from the casino. I play $1 video poker and $5-25 blackjack, so not a high roller, but I've had a room comped at many other casinos with the same action.
