Room is in good condition, but, a bit on the small side. Also, they allow smoking and eating at the tables. While staff is very friendly and helpful, the overall vibe is all business.
This is a very tough room, with occassional "Pro" sightings at the tables.
Dealers are pretty good for the most part. In general they try to stay out of the way and keep dealer banter to a minimum.
Waitresses try really hard. Problem is they must also serve the video poker floor so they aren't as readily available as one would like. Haven't seen an ugly one yet !! LOL.
Staff is great-- list management has never been a problem and they decisively handle any player complaint or dealer mistake that may arise.
Comps are $1 per hour of play and they have high hand jackpots (4 of a kind and up) but, no bad beat. Only complaint might be the jackpots revert to a starting point of $50 after one is hit.
