The room was open to the casino so a little smoky. There are over 20 small screen TV's all around, which was nice during all the football action. It was kept clean and there were plenty of room to get around in between the tables. The poker tables were in good condition and had auto shufflers.
Most of the people we played with were local solid players. There were few crazy loose locals as well. Competition was great because you didn't have to worry about crazy chasers or drunk tourists.
There were a few dealer problems, examples: one time the turn card was exposed when the dealer did not notice a bet, another time a dealer didn't know who won the pot... They tend to not hire the best dealers here...some didn't speak english very well.
Waitresses came around very fast and drinks were delivered within 5 mins. Most were attractive.
The management were very friendly and accommodating. My husband is in a wheelchair and can't run his own chips/cards and prefers me to help him because some dealers have problems showing him his cards without showing the whole table(this is a problem at all casinos), and if i wanted to play at the same table they allowed me to sit next to him and help him. They were helpful and easy going.
There are bad beat jackpots (the hold'em was around $700,000) but no high hand jackpots. I didn't really use the comp cards because we only played there about 6 hours during our entire week long trip.
