This room is large and is always going strong no matter what time of day it is. They offer two tournies a day, usually at noon and 7 pm. Most of the tables are fairly new. The place always seems to be buzzing.
The competition runs the gamut. I encountered some real fish and some real sharks. There are loose, wild players and conservative rocks (mostly locals). Table changes are easy, so if you find yourself at a tough table, ask to move to another. A lot of the locals know each other and the dealers. I'm not saying they collude, but they do take it easy on each other.
The dealers also seem to vary widly. Some are very good with a lot of experience, some are new and make a few minor mistakes. Overall, they are pretty friendly.
The cocktail waitresses are usually HOT, especially during prime-time. However, they don't come around often enough and seem to take their sweet time getting drinks to you.
The room is managed pretty well. You can call in to put your name on the list and they fill vacant seats quickly. Some of the management is rough around the edges and not what I would call warm, but they are usually accomodating and do their job well.
Be sure you get a poker room card and collect your comps! They offer a bad beat jackpot and comps are good for rooms, food etc.
