Hard to tell. They are renovating the room and 1/2 of it was blocked off by black curtains. The 1/2 I did see was not impresive. There's no rail, the table at the edge of the room I was playing was very noisy due to the slot machines 10 feet away.
Does the term stupid mean anything? Players here will go all-in with any draw or pair, or call an all-in with any draw or pair, and usually win. I had KK cracked once by a gutshot str8 draw, another time by a runner-runner flush, and QQ losing to a 3d deuce on the river (he called my all in with A2 off). If your preferred form of poker is to suck out, this is the room for you.
A couple of good dealers, no one memorable.
