Big room, good equipment.
If you want to play poker with a bunch of generally unhappy people who all know each other, as well as the dealers, but do not speak to you, then the Orleans is the place for you.
After I got tired of all the arguing and people complaining I just got up and left when the big blind got to me. As I left I heard the dealer tell the locals "See, you guys ran him off." Nothing like being called a fish by the dealer.
They take care of you.
They know how to run a poker room, but I think they accept their base is local grinders so the room is a poor choice for tourists. Really it is a bad choice for anyone. Why would you play when most of the players are pretty good and unfriendly?
You get $1 an hour I think, maybe a little more. It is pretty fair.
