Poker dies here, stay away

Everything is a bit old... the tables are worn, the chips are dirty, the chairs are also clearly old but at least they are height adjustable. The atmosphere is terrible. All the players are old locals and major grumps. Every time I've been there, and every table I've been at, one of the locals has gone off on the dealer for some minor mistake. The regulars never get penalized for it.

Also for they have must move games set up as feeder games into the games full of regulars because they say the regulars get angry about playing at a shorthanded table.

It's not that the players are good, but none of them are tourist-level bad. It's mostly locals, and old locals at that. I don't know if they are grinding to pay the bills or just to make the freeroll or what.

The dealers looked pretty worn down, though the drab brown uniforms don't help much. Not many mistakes, but none of them were chatty. When players would berate them (a pretty common occurrence) they would get very snippy. It really just made me not want to play at the table or room anymore.

Service was fine. Nothing special, but nothing wrong with it either. As others have pointed out the costumes are really revealing. Pantyhose and a corset. Some girls look better than others.

The management there is pretty meh. I mean, they only have a couple of floor people and usually 20+ tables going so I can see how it's a bit hard to manage things. At the same time, both times I had to wait an hour for a table and that's pretty unacceptable. One time the wait list for a game was 25 people long before they opened up a new table. They need more staff or something.

They really bend over backwards to make the locals happy, and this isn't really a good thing, because the locals take advantage of it.

I can't speak to the comps but the rake is capped at $3 and that's good. There's a $1 BBJ drop, freerolls for certain games if you play enough per month, and a monthly MTT leaderboard as well. I'd say the perks here are better than most places.
