Smallish room, but tables are nice and seating is comfortable. The room is a separate room, not just a roped off area. A little on the formal side, as far as decor, but friendly. There are some slots nearby, but they were not used much while I played, so it was nice and quiet, which was a nice change from most other places. They were just putting in new plasma TVs when I was playing and were still working out the kinks in the reception and channel selection. Maybe not the hippest place going, but a very enjoyable place to play.
I played the 2 4, and there were some pretty bad players. The first time I played there, my table was all middle aged men, several of whom didn't know a thing about poker. The second time, the table was a lot younger and a bit better, but still not many sharks around. A was briefly at a 4 8 table that was sort of decent but that broke up very quickly when half the table moved to a newly started no limit game.
I really liked the dealers. Just the right mix of professionalism with a sense of humor. They seemed to enjoy their jobs more than the dealers at some other places.
Quick service and a selection of micro brewery beers to try.
The management was super friendly and made every effort to get each player what he or she wanted. Started up new games and tables at the earliest opportunity. Remembered me and knew what I had been playing. They really worked hard to make playing there enjoyable. I felt like they genuinely cared about me and my experience in their poker room. The best manged room in my very limited Vegas experience.
Didn't ask, so giving them an average rating.
